We have now had three other roofers inspect the roof that Rick Michael installed and all have marveled at the extent to which he cut corners and failed to follow industry best practices in multiple areas. We had one major damage flooding incident which he refused to make us whole for and continual minor flooding incidents and seven years after the fact we need it stripped off and reroofed.
