Midamerica has gone down hill in the past year or two. Used to see an older man there, he’s gone along with some other younger guys who used to helped out a lot. No one really does much of anything there anymore. You can tell the fuelers don’t want to do their job, there’s no need to have an attitude while doing the job you signed up for. I had a disappointing overall experience with Mid America Jet. Customer service didn't always feel helpful when I had questions or concerns, and I expected a higher level of professionalism for the type of service being provided. Overall, I hope the company improves.

Been here three times now over the last couple years. It helps that they are open later than some of the other FBOs in the area. It’s also nice that they have hangar space available overnight because the weather came through and we were able to tuck our aircraft away from the storm. We’ll be back for sure!
