I had a disappointing overall experience with Mid America Jet. Customer service didn't always feel helpful when I had questions or concerns, and I expected a higher level of professionalism for the type of service being provided. Overall, I hope the company improves.
Nice hangars and really great staff. Helped us a lot! Will be back
Been here three times now over the last couple years. It helps that they are open later than some of the other FBOs in the area. It’s also nice that they have hangar space available overnight because the weather came through and we were able to tuck our aircraft away from the storm. We’ll be back for sure!
