Excellent experience buying flooring from Cynthia! I was selling my house and my basement flooded right as it was going under contract. When it comes to flooring, I’m completely clueless. Terrific experience purchasing and having hardwoods installed. Installers were very professional, expertly skilled, and proactively communicated with us every step of the way. Would definitely work with MidWest Floor again and highly recommend them to others without reservation.

DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! The sales people lie about the durability of the floors and then get a $6000 sale only for the floors to not be durable and when you call to inquire about why you were told differently two different people state "I do not see our sales people saying that". I will never understand a company that takes money from hard working people and then treats them like dirt.
