Get rid of the old guy at the counter who had a bad attitude when young guys come in and have things he never will. He told me it’s not there responsibility If my brand new turbo S gets stolen or damaged on there lot why waiting for warranty work. Then told me if I didn’t like it to just load it up and leave. Worst customer service ever and yes I happily loaded it up and left so he wouldn’t steel or damaged it on purpose
My wife and came by today to look at your side by sides and spent 15 minutes at your shop on Hwy 99 Eugene. We managed to find the flyers but Covid 19 must have people there scared. We had our mask on but nobody came to help us. Even appeared to avoid any kind of eye contact. Not sure what you could say in reply to this message. Not sure if I would want to deal with MidValley service work if I did buy one. Thank You for allowing me to get this off my chest. Customer service is terrible. When they did our service they did not do a complete job or tell us there was anything that needed to be done.
I recently was looking for a compact tractor. Stopped in Mid Valley Tractor and was helped right away by Jeff. He listened very well to my needs and answered all questions with expert knowledge. I purchased a used tractor that day. Upon delivery there was an apparent short happening within the ignition. Albeit this was an "As Is" purchase, Mid Valley promptly supplied me with a new ignition.
