I have lived in a property managed by Mid Valley Properties Management. I can honestly state that this is the worse management company I've ever had to deal with. I have been waiting five months to have a simple item fixed. Both myself and my husband have called, emailed and visited their office several times. Always with the same results; "sorry, we have no workers, we can't give you a date that the repairs will be made" Avoid this management company, they make promises they don't keep.
