I’ve seen mixed reviews on this place, potentially from issues with previous counter personnel, I’ve used this supply house multiple times over the past few months and have never had any issues. David has taken care of any of my requests with the utmost professionalism.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. Avoid the Carbondale location at all costs. I was told they hire people from halfway houses and it definitely shows.
