I got my car(2018 Nissan Rogue) back in march this year and within two weeks my car messed up. I took it back to the lot and they sent it to their mechanic and they had my car for about a week, I get my car back and nothing was fixed. I managed to deal with it for about a month with no ac with my lights not working WHILE my kids were in the car. Awesome and Excellent Lov our new ride
I think I’ve realized why they only offer 1 month warranty on their vehicles. I’m about to put in half of what I paid down to fix one of the several issues this truck has / has had. Their certified mechanic could not fix it under their warranty month then they said I could not get it fixed again. Love the truck but with the maintenance and how much money I’m needing to put in to it i definitely regret buying from here. Customer service is great tho.
