I am 7 months pregnant. I decided to go in because I have sore throat, cough and sudden severe right rib pain. I got laughed at and treated like it wasn’t an emergency when I’m concerned for my baby. I wouldn’t have gone if I wasn’t worried about my babies health. My baby was not even checked on. All that was checked was my vitals from the nurse. I was sent out to wait in the waiting room because I questioned the nurse about her rudeness towards me. I will never go back here for care again.

My husband went in with injuries to his back and suspicion of being roofied the night before. He had lost consciousness after only a few small drinks, became completely out of it. Limp, unable to speak, unable to move. He went to the ER to seek help for the wounds on his back and to test for a roofie and was treated horrible. The ER nurse, Karen (her actual name) decided to tell him that “that’s what happens when you decide to go out and drink” and asked him if he really needed to be there. Denied checking to see if he was r... read more

My husband needs stitches. We’ve been here 3 hours. So I opened the curtains and was looking through the glass doors for any kind of information. Some nurse came in and started scolding us like we were homeless or some kind of piece of trash. That was another hour ago🤦‍♀️ we should have just stayed home and used superglue. This is ridiculous!!!

When i had to go to the hospital by ambulance a few days ago, I would have never dreamed I would be treated so poorly in that setting. The nurse and CNA on staff that night should absolutely not be allowed to care for another human being. I was called a liar, was dismissed when I asked for something like I was a complete burden. When my partner was in the room she was a totally different person. How people treat you when no one is there to witness it says so much about one's character. The only person who seemed to listen or... read more

I have severe social and nervous anxiety, so when it came to having to go into this hospital to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson, it took everything in the world for me to be there. To have the nurses talk to you as if you are a complete moron, while rolling their eyes either right at you or at each other, in front of you, dismissing the fact that you are even speaking to them, no atmosphere that anybody should have to be in or apart of. A hospital of all places! Gross.Even worse, a month and a half la... read more
