Went in for sinus infection in middle of the night. Waited for well over an hour then had to get flu and Covid tests more time wasted. Finally agreed I had a sinus infection, never asked what I was prescribed the many other times I’ve had a sinus infection. Given an antibiotic that wiped out my digestive system and gave me C diff , sept was the worst month of my life and scared me when I read it could be fatal. Went to E.R. for sinus and breathing issues since both clinics were closed. Sat in the waiting room for 4 HOURS while other people came and went. Totally subpar . Could have drove to wenatchee and back and seen a doctor

Why go there, they will just bill you and transport you to somewhere else.

Was sent from Grand Coulee emergency to Omak Emergency to have Gallbladder removed. Was in and out & back home same day. The entire staff was amazing at both hospitals ❤️

I am 7 months pregnant. I decided to go in because I have sore throat, cough and sudden severe right rib pain. I got laughed at and treated like it wasn’t an emergency when I’m concerned for my baby. I wouldn’t have gone if I wasn’t worried about my babies health. My baby was not even checked on. All that was checked was my vitals from the nurse. I was sent out to wait in the waiting room because I questioned the nurse about her rudeness towards me. I will never go back here for care again.
