This place is grossly unorganized and completely behind the times. They operate with a skeleton crew running around doing everything by hand, which creates a massive bottleneck. Every single visit means waiting in a line out the door, only to find out—if you're lucky—whether they actually have what you need in stock. If they do, your reward is going to stand in another line in another room just to pay. Good selection of stainless bolts. Service is friendly but in no hurry. Pack a lunch if there is a line. Weird vibe with all the employees in the office! Just go in to pay for you stuff and you will see.
First things first , I’m not trying to put anyone down or ruin anyones reputation, but the giant white dude was a tremendous help more than the other guys, he immediately knew the proper nuts n bolts for my gym equipment I’m rebuilding , home depot & Lowes couldn’t even tell me anything besides “it should be there” or “I think this is it” I’ll definitely be back here for help in the future
