I want to publicly praise Dr. Tucker and the care coordinator, Carol. They advocated SO hard for me and my daughter. We are finally getting help at doernbechers because of these 2 incredible people. They've supported me beyond belief through all we have going on. I will forever be so grateful to these two. Such incredible people, and very clearly in the right job field. Cannot recommend them enough. THANK YOU for believing us.
All the people that work here are so nice. I mostly don’t like their policies. We got horrible colds and flus the year that we went to the place and I swear they would say, “We don’t worry about it until you’ve been sick for a month” and now I’ve been to other places that will see you way sooner and they sometimes catch things… like strep freaking throat!
Not the best front desk service.
This place is terrible! I've been trying to get my kid an appointment since July of 2024... they've rescheduled her FIVE times. Yesterday was her most recent rescheduled and we got there ready for the appointment only for them to tell us they rescheduled her AGAIN! They didn't even call us or anything, same with the time before that. They've now rescheduled her In the middle of May. What makes these people think she can wait that long? They waste people's times and are terrible with organizations. Do not go here!
Wish I could give negative stars as they absolutely suck at time management, constantly behind and over booked on appointments, they don't have the courtesy to let you know they're hours behind and it'll be hours past your appointment time before you are able to see the doctor and they act like no big deal, like where is your time management and accountability.. finding a different doctor for my daughter.
