The doctors are all great. The office staff not so much. The text message reminder system failed me today. I got a text message to check in at 2:25 for my twins check-up appointment. We arrived at 2:28 and were made to reschedule because we checked in at the "10-minute." Apparently the first appointment was 2:20. The 2:25 text message was for the 2:40 appointment. We were not offered to keep that appointment but forced to reschedule both of them. The text message failed me. I should have gotten two messages and I didn't. I h... read more
We have always had exceptional care from all of the doctors at Mid Valley Children's Clinic. I have been taking my daughters there for the last 12 years and have never had anything other than top quality care for my family. The cherry on top came today when my daughters were selling lemonade & cookies and Dr. Paul pulled over, greeted the girls by name and bought a glass of lemonade and 20 cookies. This is just a small example of how kind the doctors are at Mid Valley Children's Clinic. <3
I've been sitting in the patient room with my 2 yr old for 40 mins. No sign of a dr yet. Ughh
Dr.Frothingham is the most amazing doctor ever. He is on top of things, he takes his time with our family, great bedside manners and his compassion for my boys blows me away. My kids call him "The bubble doctor" because he always wears bubbles around his neck. :)
Dr. Arrow and Dr. Starr are our absolute favorites! Everyone there always make you feel welcome and respected. I would recommend MVCC to anyone!

I love Dr. Afazali jones she is the best if u can try and get her and if u can u wont regret it.
