I'd rather live on the street The management here is an older couple and their live at home son. They are supposed to manage the triplexes across the street, where we lived for 3 years. They never did anything involved in managing, except for taking our rent check. All the things that were broken when we moved in, were never fixed. Mid town My friend lives here and she hates it. they are very small and not worth what you pay for them.. they only have public laundry.. she said there is mold growing in the windows too.. when you drive by you can see that the decks are covered in moss
