DO NOT RENT FROM HERE – Do NOT rent from Midtown Properties. First, the office staff (which consists of two people) is rude, belligerent and SLOW to address any issues. If you call about a problem, they act as if you are bothering them and don't even do anything to address the issue. Their apartments have radiator heat which means you'll be paying up to $300 a month in the colder months.
