Nothing worse than coming home from a long day at work to find your plumbing backed up! Called Mid-Town and they sent tech out next morning. Jace Conway was our tech, very friendly and knowledgeable, and yes, fixed our issue!! My only critique is customer service lady needs to be more friendly as she is the voice of your business! Highly recommend MT and especially Jace.

We called Mid-Town for a Saturday after hours call and they provided same day service at the best price! Thomas worked efficiently and had our water back on and our hot water heater going quickly. I would definitely recommend them! The customer service over the phone was great as well! We will recommend to all our friends!
Honest and quick company. Had a busted line on a Friday night and local 24 hours plumbers were zero help. I called Midtown and they took care of my family. Professional integrity was obvious because they didn't take advantage of my issues or being just a little out of the service area.
