I don't know that she is scamming folks. I don't know because we smelled the ick when she expected us to pay the deposit before she accepted our application, like the application fee is to pay the deposit, supposedly refundable if the application isn't accepted. Which is some new stuffs I guess. The application includes a clause that completely indemnifies Mid Tenn Realty and the individual person from any possible injury that arises from giving this woman all your information and your cashiers check.
