Service was great while getting the contract...came and gave us an estimate and once the contract was signed was told the work would be completed in about 3 weeks and it would take 2-3 days to complete the job. Four weeks later they showed up to put my posts in the ground (on a Monday) we did not see any workers again until Friday. At that time we were told that some posts were put in the wrong places and they would have to be moved, so they did that and put up a few of the stringers. Bad experience We ordered, and paid in full, fencing for our new home the week before moving in. We were told about 3 weeks until install. It turned out to be 4 weeks, which wasn't too far out of line. However, they installed the fence without a gate. We were told the gate they ordered didn't fit correctly and they would bring back another to install. We called a number of times and were told that they would check and get right back to us. NEVER HAPPENED. They had our money and didn't seem all that interested in our problem.... read more
