Was using Mid Tenn Bins for the last year or so but it appears they have been bought out and since the service has went downhill. Got an email about my upcoming appointment on June 12th and today is July 9th and they have yet to show up. Every week they claim they are coming and every week they don’t show up- and while I understand things happen- ppl out on bereavement, trucks down, staffing issues- what’s not okay is the lack of communication. Our trash bin was GROSS. I couldn’t stand the smell or how nasty it looked anymore. It was super easy to schedule online. They sent updates on arrival time and the invoice for payment was sent after the cleaning. Our nasty trash can looks brand new! I plan on referring to the rest of the neighborhood and requesting another service in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely great service. Best pricing available and fast and convenient to use. They showed up same day the last 2 times I have requested service. This is something that for the price is a no brainer to have done a couple times a year
