Have been seeing Dr. Azaz for many years but the practice definitely has gone downhill. Dr. Azaz is a good doctor, yet he has become curt and extremely businesslike with his patients. Sometimes you can wait for an hour in his office and then see him for 10 minutes. Also, I called in a prescription last Saturday, checked on it by calling them on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Horrible horrible office, I walked out there today after an hour waiting in the exam room and I was there only for results. Apparently is only one dr in the entire office and they keep talking appointments like it if they have the staff to provide the service but they don’t , I got charge 30$ copayment and not even been seeing by the dr , they not even bother to call me to tell me my results, they not professional at all please give yourself a favor and don’t go there .
Do not waist your time. Trust me. Look for a better doctors office.
Don't waste your time going to this office. The staff never return phone calls. I had bloodwork and urinalysis done. I got the results on their patient portal the next day. I called the office to speak to someone regarding my results because it indicated I had an infection. I wanted to verify with them and see if I can get meds to take care of it or if I needed to give them another sample for a culture and sensitivity. No one returned my call. Gotta be honest been going here for a few years and honestly it has gotten worse and the billing the running between office the waiting is just terrible thats why Dr Azazs office gets 1 star. Def find a better office.
