Derik and Cameron were on time , efficient friendly, disassembled a treadmill, moved it to the basement, reassembled, cleaned and lubed it all in a very professional manor at a very fair price. I could not be more pleased. Thanks Chris Phillips Clinton Mo.
I own a gym which admittedly is 70miles from this business. Regardless they stated they would service my gyms equipment. The single visit made was fair service, however Jon noted multiple pieces of equipment in need of further repairs. I was informed I would be provided a price quote for the additional repairs but since the first visit this company has failed to respond even with a "we no longer wish to do business with you message". Mid-states Fitness Repair delivered and installed my Inspire equipment. Jon and Derek were totally professional wearing face masks while in my home, made sure the equipment was positioned just like we wanted it in our small room and gave us some pointers on use before they left. And....they were pleasant and fun! All in all, it was an enjoyable experience and we now have a go-to in the event we need help on down the road. Thanks, Jon and Derek!
