They processed my black bear meat and did a very good job. You may have to wait a week or two depending on what you get done but it’s worth the wait.

After a mouth wait a several phone calls asking when my moose will be done. I picked it up and only received 148 pounds of meat after dropping off 285 pounds of boned out meat. They said there was hair on the meat. Also I lost my very expensive game bags that I requested to be returned. I told them if my meat was so bad they should have called me and refused to process it. Interior Meats has done great work for us. They make really good cuts, package evenly and I don't ever feel shorted. We drop off cattle and they slaughter, age and cut; our customers pick up there, seemless.

Stay far away from these guys if your hunting out of state and drop off meat for processing. It took them a month to ship our caribou meat. They have horrible communication and are hard to get ahold of. Very frustrating process.
