Great options for reviewing your coverages!
Unfortunately, Mid-State was happy to take advantage of my new business to load up on excess coverage. I depend on my insurance agent to advise on the appropriate coverage for my business. Instead, Mid-State encouraged coverage far beyond what was reasonably required. When asked about this, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. I'm now with an agent that does not pad my coverage to increase their sales.
We have been loyal customers since the early 90s when we lived in Wisconsin. Even after we moved out of state we continued to stay with them because NOBODY has better personal service than Mid States...N O B O D Y !
