If i could leave zero stars i would. I dont have health insurance so paying 125 dollars to to see a doctor isn't something I would do if I was feeling peachy. Ive been sick for a week with odd symptoms and they checked for covid and flu and said "its negative go home!" The doctor had zero care. It was the equivalent of taking your vehicle to the mechanic for a warning light and they say she looks new come back when you've got a clunker. Excellent service Returned my calls quickly and easy to make an appointment. I rarely use urgent care medical services but I shall continue to use Main Street office when unable to make appointments with their main office
I wouldn’t go to any other urgent care. My care team was exceptional from check-in to discharge. Everyone was extremely caring, personable, explained my injury in detail and made me feel at ease. Thank you to all!!
First time utilizing Mid-State's same day walk-in clinic and I was very happy with the experience and the care I received. Check-in was easy ($25 co-pay with my insurance as a Mid-State patient), my wait was less than 20 minutes, the medical assistant (didn't get her name) was friendly and attentive. Dr. Zach was informed about the reason for my visit before he entered the room, saving me from having to go through it all again.
