First time utilizing Mid-State's same day walk-in clinic and I was very happy with the experience and the care I received. Check-in was easy ($25 co-pay with my insurance as a Mid-State patient), my wait was less than 20 minutes, the medical assistant (didn't get her name) was friendly and attentive. Dr. Zach was informed about the reason for my visit before he entered the room, saving me from having to go through it all again. I have been twice paid out of pocket and both times I have received insane bills after. I've emailed twice to have them correct it and they havent. Last time I left a bad review and they reach out immediately and corrected the problem. So maybe this will get them to correct their issues. Watch your bill if you go here!!
The facility is beautiful, the services have been just what we need more than once, and the staff are great!
