God bless the owner Frank and his wonderful wife Janine for making what appeared to be a hopeless situation a huge success. I traveled to the Czech Republic in 2022 to purchase a 48 arm Bohemian crystal chandelier. I brought it home and hired an electrician who spent many hours assembling it and hanging it only to find out it didn’t work. Once we flicked the switch, there was a loud popping sound. Not a good experience, we basically got stood up after one visit. Made several calls back. It took average of two or three calls to get call back. Eventually I gave up trying to get someone out again. In fairness the time people showed up, they seemed competent. We had to call another company to finish our job. 11/1 UPDATE: I don't wish to keep this going for no good reason, but no one showed up, that we saw, for a "free" follow up and no one called as promised.
