A++ ……FAST, THOROUGH & DETAILED! I cannot say enough about Kelly at Midstate Appraisal Services. Kelly recently put together a retroactive appraisal for our property. From the moment I contacted them (Sharon is also an appraiser extraordinaire), Kelly was an angel. She is so kind, pleasant and thorough. She had my appraisal done and in-hand within a week! The results are easy-to-understand, organized and detailed. Kelly is truly a one-of-kind and I will most assuredly recommend this business to my friends and contacts! A+++

Sharon Steele is a brilliant, top-notch appraiser expert. I’ve known her since the 80’s and her Mentor then since the 70’s. She’s my #1 go to referral for Litigation, Estates/Trusts and Complex Assignments involving any property type and property interest. I’d much rather have Sharon on my side than on the opposing side in a litigated case.
