Said he needed a $6000 deposit to buy the materials. Cashed the check then started putting off the work date followed by saying there is suddenly a material shortage that will delaye another 4-6 weeks. Quoted a very fair price compared to other contractors, called when he was on the way to my house, got right to work and did a very neat and clean job. Highly recommended Joe for ALL your screen repair or even replacement of all the pool cages.
Our experience with Midstate Aluminum has been great and we have found them to be honest and competent (which can be a hard combination to find). They were referred to us by our neighbors who had them install a pool enclosure and were pleased with the service and quality. We most recently hired them to re-screen our screened in lanai and also replace the door. We highly recommend this company!
My experience with Mid State has been less than professional. I have had several roof leaks. They don't return calls. NOT a very reputable company and I would not recommend them.
The super gutter that was installed has failed miserably. It constantly retains water and the problem continues to worsen and the patio continues to flood. I was assured that any issues would be fixed, however was reassured that it was done correctly.
