These guys are not good. First of all their subscription suddenly increased from $10 to $15 without my consent. No one called and said anything. No one mentions it. Second, their technicians always overcharge you. They wanted me to pay $900 for something that ended up costing $300 to fix from the Lennox-certified dealer/maintenance crew in Nashville (i.e., the legit maintenance crew for the device I have). I called about a water heater pilot light, they quoted 80 to send a guy who arrived here and spent 5 minutes. He jiggled a wire and the pilot light came right on. He then went to his truck for 30 minutes where he sat and drew up an upsell to some service plan I do not want or need. He returned and told me to pay over 150$ I was hurt and disgusted. I explained I was quoted a totally different price and when I called to talk to a manager they said no one was there who would talk to me. We used this company to replace our entir... read more
