Not sure why they call themselves a bank. They are so scared of fraud that they refuse customers even basic banking services like fund transfers. It's funny how every other banking institution that I deal with manages to offer services while still avoiding fraud, maybe it's time for Mid Southern to admit that they don't have the knowledge and talent to manage people's finances and sell or just give up and close. You shouldn’t have to pay for your own bank statements that’s just greed . She wouldn’t even give me the free one . Too many banks in Salem to have to put up with this . Customer doesn’t come first evidently.
I will never again conduct business with this bank. Especially not the loan officer Greg Lamb. We tried to use them to get a loan for property and he swore up and down we were good then didn’t approve the loan. We tried again to use them for our construction loan. We meet with Greg on May 31, 2022 and filled out and application. After that he stopped returning phones calls or emails.
