Tell them the problem and they fix something different. Issue still exist. Then, call them again to replace brakes. Tell them you have it in a covered area out of weather and have brakes for them to use. They tell you they will be there in 3 hours. 3 hours later, two people call wanting you to bring the truck to them. Why couldn't this phone call be done sooner? Why make the promise and not keep it?
Amazing experience. After getting stranded on the side of the road about 50 miles from their shop they not only took the time to find 2 tires of the size I needed for my motorhome, but also made it their priority to get to me and get the tires replaced. After driving a thousand miles only to have two blowouts in less than a hundred miles they came through to take care of me and truly went above and beyond in order to get me back on the road.
So pleased, he went to my son's college and fixed his tire while he was in class. Very professional service.
