Very disappointing experience with this home health agency. There was a constant lack of reliability, professionalism, and communication. Despite clearly expressing my concerns to management multiple times, nothing improved. Caregivers were often inexperienced, frequently on their phones, and there was little consistency from week to week. Great company! Caregivers are very nice and helpful. Office staff is always easy to get in touch with and always helps quickly with anything I need.
Mid-South Care Services is the third company we've used for in-home care for our mother. They have been the best by far! Very glad we found them!
I used Mid-South for my mother in law’s care. A few things to add here. My mother in law was in her 80’s when we engaged Mid-South. She wanted to have someone that not only helped her with her basic needs, she also wanted someone that she could have conversations with. Mid-South for people that were a bit older to help care for her. Knowing that not everyone will mesh, they offered to send folks out until she felt like it was the right fit. I been working for them almost a year in April I never had any problems with this company. The people in the office are very good with finding us clients to work for.Ms kaye is ver fantastic at her job ,as in find good clients in my neighborhood.
