Dr. Wise ordered an at home sleep study and I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I called the office and spoke with Amy Weeden his assistant whom was terrible customer service on the phone. She spoke fast, and was very quick to hang up. She didn't even ask if there was anything else needed. It was a follow up call, not like I was asking her to do anything
