My experience with Dr. Cobbett started out well with medication adjustments at first, but about 5 months into seeing this provider I find it increasingly difficult to get a hold of her. The office phone never connects you to a real person and the employees/doctor MIGHT call you back but probably won't. Doctor also does not provide enough refills for medications between appointments and then is impossible to get a hold of to remedy the situation. I’ve been seeing Dr.Cobbett for a while and no other doctor has been as thorough and honest as she is.
Does not return phone calls. You’re asked to complete online forms (completed Aug. 2022 and Apr. 2023) - no follow up. I’ve called office several times during normal business hours - receives recording for established patients to leave voicemail…option 0 is an “after hours” during normal business hours. I have received great reviews about Dr. Cobbett and assumed she would be great to suit my adolescent’s needs. Doctor Cobbett is an outstanding Psychiatric Professional. On top of professionalism and knowledge she really cares about her patients. She manages to make them feel welcomed and helps them open up, helping them navigate a variety of issues as an objective, knowledgeable and positive guide. We have come to know and trust her in her care and are very thankful for her help to our family.
