I have been using Midsouth Termite and Pest Control for years. This year they did not reach out to me regarding my annual termite contract. I have been calling them since June, to no avail. I can leave a voicemail but no one every returns my calls. I have called over 8 times and I've also emailed. I just wanted to be communicated with to know my next steps since I had a contract with them.
Cant even get **** to pay a last payroll check out to his previous employee. The employee worked requested days before truck maintenance was needed and was due a check on June 13th and has yet to be paid by the owner. Crooked if you ask me.
Ordered print materials from our company and has not paid for over 6 months. Been getting the run-around with false promises to pay. They are no longer at the address displayed. The owner **** will not respond to calls.
I decided to use this businesses services due to their long standing and great rating with the BBB. I was not disappointed with their skill and knowledge. they were very thorough and friendly
