I was warned ahead of time that my first visit would take the longest, but it was just over 2 hours from the time I arrived to leaving! I interacted with multiple office staff during my appointment and all treated me kindly and respectfully. I felt like my concerns and questions were all addressed without feeling rushed!
Every time I go here the office staff is not friendly including the NP Kristi. I guess she had an attitude today during my appointment she wasn’t pleasant at all. Can’t wait to have my baby so I don’t have to come to the office again! The only pleasant people I’ve encountered was the US tech, MA, and Dr. BK himself.
I've been trying to call for a few days now about my appointment. It says they close at 5pm, it's 350pm and their phones are saying to call during normal business hours which end at 5pm. The answering service wasn't any help either, they advised they close at 4pm, but again it's not even 4. When I went for my original appointment, the ladies at the desk were rude and unhelpful. This place sucks ass. We’ve been here since 12:25 for a 12:30 appnt. NO ONE WAS THERE OR IN THE BACK. She didn’t get seen until 1:45. Finished the ultrasound and was placed in a room. Didn’t come out until 3:30 for a ten min convo talking bout baby may have Down syndrome. Bye.
