The staff is very nice always greeting with a smile and very professional…there’s little to no long wait time

Went for my monthly check yesterday 11/12/25 what an absolute joke first let me start by saying count on you being there for hours and never think your going to be seen at your appointment time only my 4th visit each time was at least an hour after my appt was suppose to start yesterday they forgot about me completely after doing my ultrasound so after an hour sitting in a room waiting to see the np my husband goes to check on things and she said they were suppose to come talk to me and take me for another scan that it shoul... read more
I lost my daughter due to this place I wud I can give them 0 starts , they don’t do they job . Please don’t go here
We were there for 3 hours total, about 2 hours of which was just waiting, and we got there early too. The front desk staff were friendly, and so was the ultrasound tech, but the doctor wasn't very detailed or informative with his diagnosis, and we weren't too happy with our overall experience there. We ended up finding a different specialist to go to at Baptist Desoto, which was waaayyy better.
