This is written several weeks after my last appointment, so not heat of the moment rant or something. Overall they are polite and nice, but they do have issues to work through with customer service. 1st. An odd posted rule about only ever being allowed one support person. Who must not only be over 18, but has to be the same person for all visits. My wife went to this location the atmosphere was poor the staff was pretty unhelpful, the waits were long and overall the doctor involved will never meet with my wife alone again if I have anything to say about it
We got here at 830 it’s almost 12 and my wife is still in there , Shouldnt take to long , bad service
The waiting time more then 3 hours, and you leave the appointment with pain in your spine.
We waited for three hours and they didn't have a single patient
