Dr. BK is great! His front desk staff could use some coaching. When I go in I can hear them gossiping about their lives but the worst is hearing them be so judgmental about patients. Say what you will in private but everyone out front can hear when you speak your opinions with the window open! Some of it is medical and shouldn't be spoken of at all!
Dr. BK is awesome doctor but the office staff and management are horrible to deal with. They are very unprofessional and have a major lack in communication. The only reason I keep coming to this office is because of the rapport I have with Dr. BK. Management at this office really needs to change and start considering their patients more.
People are nice but the wait time is RIDICULOUS! �
After the loss of our 24 week old baby due to preterm labor, Dr. BK successfully helped us deliver my daughter at 31 weeks (now 11) and my son at 38 weeks (now 7). We will forever be grateful for Dr. BK & all of the staff. I highly recommend him to anyone with high risk pregnancy.
This is my 4th pregnancy(twins this time) and I've come to Dr BK every time due to my diabetes. All 3 children were born early(32 wks 25wks and 32wks again) and although they are strict they mean well!!ms Sheila gets on me so much about controlling my sugar. But it's for my own good!! I love this place!!!
Dr BK cared for us during pregnancy and saved my twin girls lives during an emergency csection! He's our hero!!
