First time to see Dr Jeremy Avila in this office. They are very professional and friendly. The music was beautiful that was playing. Of course, Dr Avila is very thorough and truly listens to the patient.. that was myself & my husband. All staff worked together to get everything done in quick order. Great office.
Since my first visit, I’ve been unable to get in touch with anyone at this office, Ive been trying to get a prescription filled for three months and now I’m out of the medicine! My insurance company tried to call them twice WHILE I was on the phone. The second time a lady answered…told the insurance agent she had to call the nurse line and leave a message!!!! Always have a great experience! Have always been able to get in when needing an appointment. This past week, my Dr (who is amazing) was not available, and they quickly set me up with someone else in the practice who was also amazing!
Dr. Edwards is the best internist I have ever experienced,thanks to Dr. Edwards I am motivated now more than ever to get healthy and live my best life!
