After you get past the front desk staff, the nursing staff and physician are great. The front desk staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and obviously do not know the policies of the practice. (This is based on the RNs and MDs negating the information that the front desk gave- saying she was wrong.) Rudest, most unprofessional, and inconsiderate staff I have ever dealt with as a patient or medical professional in my 25 years of healthcare. The office manager and staff do not care what so ever for the patients well being. The office manager said that the doctor can’t do anything about it either. I’m in total shock they still have a job.
