Dr. Chu has been my PCP for over 30 years and he’s always given me great advice and I appreciate his willingness to listen to me as a patient about the issues I’m having. He’s a great choice if your considering a new physician
Dr. Jeremy Avila has moved to this group. Have always loved him and now I love the group he is in. They are very efficient and very thorough.
I always feel cared for, whether I see my PCP Dr. Freeman, the NP Brett Scher, or on rare occasions another physician. They listen and make sure they understand my concerns. The nurses and staff are top notch as well.
I came to check out the reviews after my experience, and I see that I am not alone. My husband's doctor recently transferred to this location. I left a message on the nurse line on a Wednesday and then the next Monday. After no call back, I called today (Tuesday) to try to make an appointment in the hopes of getting someone on the line to speak to me. After waiting for several minutes on hold, a lady answered.
