Originally was renting the home from ***** and company home was decent kitchen cabinets wouldnt shut they were so old . Never was late on rent ever the property got turned over to mid south home rentals they are trying to charge me for the cabinets saying they need painting thats been there forever they took my deposit $895 and said I still owe for a broken $335 a missing towel bar in bathroom that was there when I left and I have video proof $30 two blinds that was broken but one blind strip Ill admit was on me $55 re paint... read more

I have lived in my home since April of 2020. There were some reg flags with this company, but my fianc and I looked past it because we needed somewhere to stay. This last encounter with mid south home rentals has proven why they should be shut down and will be very soon.Our air was out for 1 month, mid south took their time repairing it as they always do. Not Going Into Details Just Know Im Very Disappointed!! THE WHOLE 3yrs Ive been there I havent had not 1 whole week of a good nights sleep I HAD TO PAY TO TRY AND GET RID OF RACCOON INFESTATION, BAD PAINT JOB HOUSE 4 different colours, BAD PLUMBING, NO WAY TO GET FRESH AIR, Breathing in all that rodents f**** and Urin through the vents from the attic Family Sick with upper respiratory infections AND ALL YALL KNOW IS MONEY MONEY MONEY WELL IM GLAD THATS BEHIND ME NOW????

These folks are the best to work with. I was desperate for a house after a chimney fire. They worked with us and **** is AWESOME. ***** was very understanding and I cannot say how much I appreciate them and what they do!!
I give this company 0 stars. Mid-South Home Rentals made us wait a week for a scheduled visit to a property. When we arrived at the property we realized there were approximately 30 people waiting for the same viewing. During the COVID19 epidemic, they arranged for our huge group to view the inside of a house at the same time. Immediately upon viewing the house we decided that we did want to rent the property.
