My son has been a patient of Arisa for about 4-5 months now. He is on the spectrum and relies heavily on maintaining a schedule. His assigned therapist has missed thier last two appointments with no call or text or notification in any way. These disruptions in his schedule cause agitation and can alter his day (and by extension his mother's and mine as well).
