I am extremely upset with Mid-South Foot and Ankle because of the terrible customer service I received from their billing department. I had foot surgery in 2021 and got a call from a collection agency just last month (November 2022) about a bill I never received nor did I ever receive a phone call from the office regarding the overdue payment. RecommendedLast week was my first appointment with a podiatrist and I am so glad I was referred to the Mid-South Foot & Ankle Specialist. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wait time was short and my treatment was effective. Dr. Christian explained thoroughly what need to to do to take care of my feet at home. I highly recommend the Mid-South Foot & Ankle Specialist.
I went to a surgeon about a diabetic abcess on my foot, he said "Get admitted and get it cut off before the infection crawls up your leg! Went to a trusted podiatrist who said "I've got a guy", long story short:I see Dr Webster and still have my foot! Can't guarantee your results but he's the first stop you should make!
