Exceptional, start to finish. Refinished my single family home’s 1400sf floor over about 6 days while on vacation, came home thrilled. Chose them as most reasonable and fair estimate I received, plus great reviews. Great communication throughout. They were so helpful and flexible, came to my house and did a sample before I left. Before Mid South Flooring came in we had very ugly red oak wood floors (first picture) original to the house. It had major water damage with shrunken, misshapen planks. We had staining damage. We had sun damage. The floors were sanded wrong to start (across the grain) making waves through the whole floor and the corners weren't sanded at all leaving years of grime that was finished into the floor.
