I read the reviews about this company and was positive about the quick unloading of my truck, BUT…. I had to check in at 10:20, then for 20 minutes I was looking for someone to give my BOL. All the entrances to the premises are closed, there are a lot of people in the warehouse, but no one responded to my doorbell. Draw your own conclusions, but the reviews on Google Maps are not true, or outdated. No one unloaded me for more than an hour. After my next visit to the warehouse, they started unloading. This company is full of it... all they want to work there is men from the half way house or the sober living house .. my brother was only there for three days and they let him go because he was on the wrong side for a safety meeting and our mom has been sick for the last year and she had a Dr appointment and by him living with her the Dr wanted to talk to him so he stepped out to talk and the supervisor said that was another reason why they let him go. . All I can say is please done waste your time with this company
We picked up a load here on Father's Day and had a very pleasant experience. One nice gentleman got us loaded and on our way. Overall, a great experience at this location.
