Been a patient of Dr Naidu since 2018, after nasal surgery I wouldn't want any other doctor. Been back a few times with sinus infections. Today's visit with nurse Pattat was exceptional, as well as intake nurse and reception ladies. Nurse Pattat listened to my symptoms and seemed to care, unlike my PCP. I don't understand why such unhappy patients.
I don’t know what happened here! I am a patient in need of an appointment. They keep telling me i have an outstanding balance which is fine and I would like to pay it. But they always transfer me to billing and billing never answers, they never return calls, and I have left several VM. They even had me leave a message for the office manager and no response there either. I see the ratings here are consistently dropping. Nice place. They are expanding. Now they have offices on the 2nd floor as well as an office in Olive Branch. The staff were very polite and professional. Gabby was very helpful and kind. Seen Dr. Regina and she was great ! Very thorough, very kind, very professional. Would definitely recommend her and the office. Had a second visit with Dr. Burg. He was great ! Very thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend this office.
Whoever in charge needs to talk to your operator. They keep hanging up on me before I could say anything . I am a regular patient, and once in a while, I need to talk to someone. But more often than not, I kept getting hung up before even able to say anything. This is not good.
