I am trying to get an appointment. I have left three messages. The first time they called me back and I missed the call. I called back two additional times and left voicemails both times with the nurse and I have not received a call back and it has been three weeks. Smh. I’m guessing that’s a sign to look elsewhere
Disgusting attitude towards African Americans period point blank and still charge late fees and refused to reschedule
Been a patient of Dr Naidu since 2018, after nasal surgery I wouldn't want any other doctor. Been back a few times with sinus infections. Today's visit with nurse Pattat was exceptional, as well as intake nurse and reception ladies. Nurse Pattat listened to my symptoms and seemed to care, unlike my PCP. I don't understand why such unhappy patients.
