I went there several times for a serious lingering bronchitis, upper respiratory infection. The staff was so rude to me! I made the appointment with the "doctor" and an arrogant NP showed up. He did very little examination and told me to take over the counter cough medications! I waited two hours. I was so mad!
Deceptive billing practices: I went in for a new patient exam to see a doctor about an issue with an imbalance of pressure in my ears. At my intake, they told me to go into a room for a hearing test before the doctor would see me. I asked if the test was going to cost extra. They said no, and that it's included in the office visit. That was false information, as I later received a bill for THREE tests in addition to the office visit. After my sudden hearing loss following a freak accident, Ashley Marsh NP and Dr. Tansey took exceptional care of me. They acted quickly, explained every step of the process, and made sure I received prompt treatment. Their expertise, compassion, and reassurance made an incredibly stressful experience so much easier. Thanks to their excellent care, my hearing has recovered, and I couldn't be more grateful. wanted to call to cancel an appointment. shouldn't be complicated, two minutes tops. I call, they give me a number. I'm caller #15, 16 minutes hold time. That's great, 10 minutes later, I'm caller #2, waiting for a representative. Suddenly, I'm back to caller #15. Hold time is 15 minutes. Anyways, I wait again. After 20 minutes on the call I'm back to caller #2, waiting for a representative. Once again, I get reshuffled back to caller #20. Please, don't give wait time estimates if they're inaccurate. They're usually good, but in April I was misdiagnosed. I had strep, but the doctor didn't test me for it, even though I told her I felt like it was strep. Fast forward to memorial weekend, I'm having the same symptoms I had in April. Went to urgent care, thankfully they tested me for strep, it came back positive. Please advocate for yourself with these doctors. Yes, they're the professionals, but when you know your body be vocal & demand testing. We're already paying for the services.
