I have had 2 appointments with this company for TSA pre check and every appt was cancelled by the center. I attempted to walk in 3 different occasions on the days that were told to me when I called to ask for the walk in hours and was turned around each time due to "system errors". Also, when I would call for information regarding walk in hours, I was told "We do take walk-ins BUT we are always busy so it's best to schedule."
