The worst! No working toilet for a month. House smells due to plumbing issue that never get fixed. Waste of $1700 a month.

Three strikes, this is my third house with Midsouth homes and this third time was my fault... I shouldn't have rented a house again. After renting two houses with this company, I've learned that when they completely renovate a house it's going to be excellent. Not at all, with them this isn't true. They make the homes look great BUT after your in you start seeing the results of a cheaply done sketchy renovation. My current home is nice, they didn't have to do much to it just some sprucing up.
