Very unprofessional company. Every department is unprofessional. Very unhappy with my experience with MidSouth. They only want the money. They do not care about tenant experience. Very stressful to deal with. Midsouth has terrible service. They do not respond timely, give you the run around on repairs, made last minute changes to Lease (monthly payment), do not provide keys to door pads, changed payment code for rental (rent pay) payment without notification, repeated delayed responses to emails, no answer on phone calls.
