They take you to court without you knowing and then don’t answer the phones when you call
Terrible customer service! Signed up for automatic withdrawal 6 months later they stopped taking it out of my account. Told me I was in breach of my agreement and they would start to garnish my wages. I explained I was on automatic withdrawal they told me that I had to renew every 6 months. I told them I never received any notice they rudely informed me that it was not their place to inform me. I managed to get them to let me continue with my payments.
