UPDATE: After complaining about MidSouth, they have listed my account as a Derogatory Account. Maybe its time to make a visit to the AG's Office. Should add an option that allows you to give no stars. Had a worker comp claim that they was holding me responsible for, I reached out to my insurance agency and got the claim number, po box, fax number, address, and was told they would gladly pay it. I reach out to this joke of a company to find out they had the wrong claim number. I was then told that they would fix it.
