Incredible staff. So polite and helpful. Drew was amazing and took time out of his busy day to answer a bunch of my questions. Dr. Schindler was awesome as usual!
I have always found the staff polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently Dr Shindler diagnosed me with Macular Degeneration. He instructed his staff to call the retina specialist and get me an immediate appointment. They did and I was immediately treated. I am very grateful for Dr Shindler and his staff for moving quickly.
Make sure you get everything in writing because they will charge you a 45.00 office charge even though you are there for a procedure. They double dip every time you go through the doors. Keep a copy of everything including your insurance quotes. You'll end up paying for the procedure and an office visit as well. I'm dealing with stage 4 CKD and not going to get ripped off by this guy. I've paid 290.00 and still owe 90.00. And,my eyes are just as bad as they were before I went,they never did the cataract surgery I went there ... read more
