I’ll never get to tell you about my moms time there or the even if the doctors done a good job or not because the receptionist that answered the phone was the worse one I ever had. She would not make my mom an appointment. I ask her did they not accept her insurance, she said yes they did. She kept saying my mom need to see someone else. I ask her do you not do eyeglasses? Dr. Joe and the entire staff are absolutely the best group. Very polite helpful and good happy office with down to earth humor. I appreciate them all. Dr. Joe is as good as it gets he definitely knows his craft.
Incredible staff. So polite and helpful. Drew was amazing and took time out of his busy day to answer a bunch of my questions. Dr. Schindler was awesome as usual!
I have always found the staff polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Recently Dr Shindler diagnosed me with Macular Degeneration. He instructed his staff to call the retina specialist and get me an immediate appointment. They did and I was immediately treated. I am very grateful for Dr Shindler and his staff for moving quickly.
