I went into St. Peters Massage on the 2nd floor near Dillard's to get a chair massage. I purchased 30 minutes for $30. The masseuse ruined a brand new shirt I had on. The shirt cost $25 so I returned to the store and simply asked for a refund. The manager refused and said I received a massage so they couldn't refund my money.

Dear whoever is in charge... I have been going to this mall since it opened. Lately the kiosk people in front of bath and body especially have become intolerable. I finally gave in to their pressure the Friday before Christmas and got swindled into buying their overpriced cheaply made product. When I got home I set the bag aside until Christmas day (Sunday). Used your family restroom yesterday looking for a private place to nurse my son. All of the curtains were missing from the nursing rooms which made for an extremely uncomfortable experience, not only did I have strangers coming in an out but young curious kids coming up to me. Please get some curtains back up! Also a random woman and man in a wheelchair were handing out gifts to all the kids in the food court, she asked if my children could take a gift so I allowed it and then we said thank you.
