I would give this company of 0 star if I could. The owner is arrogant and rude. A dryer that I had from them three and a half months died and when I called for a service call the owner refused to send somebody out to service it. He told me to call another company in our area and that he didn't want to service my Appliance even though it was from them. He left a single mom with 4 boys without a working dryer
Extremely RUDE!!!!! The guy I spoke to wouldn't even let me finish my sentence with out cutting me off and turning me away. I will never do business with some one that values customers so little!
Been dealing with these guys for years and they do not disappoint. They've been around a long time and I can tell why. Good prices on appliances. Fair quotes on the servicing of your existing unit and are up front about whether it is a good idea to stick money into your existing unit. You wont find that just anywhere. Bought a unit from them a while back and instead of buying another from them they told me it was far better to have that one serviced. They couldn't have been more right. Family owned business. Very personable group of workers. Dealt with them several times. Always have extremely clean units at a reasonable price. HIGHLY recommend!!
Purchased a dryer for $100. After two days it stopped working and left a horrible burning smell in my laundry room. I returned the unit along with my receipt to get my money back because I was afraid it was a fire hazard, but was told I could not get my money back. He pointed to small type on the bottom of my receipt that said "No Refunds", then told me that had been "made clear" at the time of purchase. Where to start? The service and quality two thumbs up! Very helpful for a couple buying for the first time.
Unless you feel a need to get burnt . DONT BUY FROM Them! Purchased a dryer Dec19 it is now Jan 27 with my 90 warranty still good . This dryer is red hot to touch and had smelt like something burning . I have called the shop they don't answer . Went to the shop wanting to talk to the owner !!!! This shop does not Honor warranty of 90 days .Bought dryer Dec. 19 it is now Jan 27 . This dryer has been red hot to touch and smells like it is burning .... I called they don't answer. Went over to the shop to speak tyo owner he is never around . DONOT Do BUSINESS with this shop unless you feel the need to get burnt . Mid Rivers Appliance 358 mid rivers .
