My experience with this therapist did not feel trauma-informed. I was told I “didn’t have a conscience” because I was unaware of certain emotional and relational dynamics, which I experienced as shaming and invalidating rather than clinically helpful. Over time, the therapy felt increasingly misdirected and lacking in meaningful insight or emotional attunement. If you are seeking a trauma-informed therapist, especially regarding relational abuse dynamics, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
