If I had read all the previous one-star reviews, I could have saved myself some time from dealing with them. Their website lets you schedule a virtual tour, where an agent is suppose to hop on a call and show you the apartment. No such thing happened. I even got automated text messages asking me to respond to confirm I will still show up. I did so, and no one shows up and no one answers their phone.
The response of fixing is never gone happen during my first year. The manager totally ignore your request of fixing unless you tell him it would cause damage to the property and left evidence that tenants had informed many times. Other staff in the office seems nice but could not help much.
