The procedural staff including nurses and doctors are so kind and friendly. I could not help myself and had to write a review! A+ experience
Billing department is a major scam. They billed Medicare, and Medicare responded to the insurance claim. Then our supplement plan kicked in to pay the 20% not covered by Medicare. So the entire bill was already taken care of by insurance. 3 months later, we get a bill for $1245 for Anesthesia. I had to dig through medical bills to double check that our insurance plans have covered the charge.
Everything went very smoothly. No delays, professional, friendly, thorough staff. Excellent anesthesia experience too.
